Our idea was to design a landing page, which gives the user a feeling of actually being in the car at that moment. A gauge with est. monthly rate stands for a speedometer, and the start button is the vehicle engine start button.

About:
WalletHub is the first-ever website to offer free credit scores and full credit reports that are updated on a daily basis. But we consider that just an appetizer, as we’ve built the brain of an artificially intelligent financial advisor that will truly leave your wallet full. WalletHub’s brain performs three primary functions, providing: 1) Customized credit-improvement advice; 2) Personalized savings alerts; and 3) 24/7 wallet surveillance. Such features are supplemented by more reviews of financial products, professionals and companies than any other website offers and a diverse community of subject matter experts. WalletHub is owned by Evolution Finance, Inc. and is based in Washington, DC.
Mission:
WalletHub is dedicated to helping people efficiently attain top WalletFitness™ so they may enjoy life instead of worrying about money. To that end, we strive to make the complex simple and to provide each user with a personalized level of care.
My Role in this Company:
I was a User Interface and User Experience designer, working closely with product designer Jim and CEO of company Odysseas. Other roles included: constantly brainstorming and wire-framing on whiteboards and working on designs by using Sketch, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Challenge:
We wanted to provide a user-friendly and understandable tool, with which you can easily get insurance for your car. The system searches for the best deals amongst all car insurance providers and according your entered data, provides the best solution.
It takes only 4 easy steps to fill in your information about the vehicle, your budget and your needs. There was also supposed to be an option for multiple drivers driving one car, and an option for entering your current insurance coverage.
Solution:
Our idea was to design a landing page which gives a feeling that you are inside of the car.
Gauge with est. monthly rate stands for speedometer and start button is vehicle engine start button.
By entering basic information on the landing page user is directed to inner page where he fets 4 steps to fill all the important information. System should work on desktop and mobile devices and experiences should be very similar and simple to use.
