Once landing on an OJCREW website home page, visitor is getting a strong and sharp message of who they are and what they do. These messages are provided in website header area, and below the customer can find their main solutions and services tabs.
Scrolling through the landing and inner pages, we implemented strong call to action buttons that stick out from the rest of the designs. These call to actions mainly provoke two actions - FIND A CREW or UPLOAD A CV. Short preview of available jobs had significant impact on conversions from the landing page. And showing some strong facts about company improved trust and liability of OJCREW for its potential future clients.
At the bottom of the page I decided to add their accreditations and certificates, which proved to be a right decision as clients wanted to see OJCREW professionalism and experience.

OJ Crew is Licensed and MLC 2006 certified international HR management services provider for maritime, oil and gas sectors. In the recent years they have grown to become a worldwide player. Operating in the Baltic region since 2013, the company has expanded to providing HR services overseas in locations such as Eastern & Western Europe, China, India, the Middle East, Africa, Brazil and Singapore. They offer clients custom tailored recruitment services sourcing both offshore and seafaring personnel on an engagement fee, day rate hire and, when needed, payroll service basis.
My Role:
Interacting closely with OJCREW board members and marketing team to create exceptional website platform to reach their goals. Creating wireframes and various designs, advising about user experience and design solutions. Also, creating a logo with a brand, which stands out among their competitors and speaks for itself. OJCREW name stands for Offshore Jobs Crew.
Challange:
To create a web-based platform where they can easily showcase their services and products.They work with two types of clients: Offshore companies looking for crew and employees looking for jobs. Companies should find it easy to recruit candidates for their crews, and employees should find easy access to available vacancies. The main goals and call to actions for companies is to FIND A CREW and for potential employees to UPLOAD A CV
